Shipping Policy for LumiSmile Labs
Thank you for choosing LumiSmile Labs! We are excited to help you on your journey to a brighter, more confident smile. This page details everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders!
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your address. The estimated delivery time is typically between 7 and 21 business days, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Time (7-21 days)
Please note that these are estimates. While we do our best to ensure a speedy delivery, shipping times can sometimes be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or weather events.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LumiSmile Labs is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information if you are concerned about potential fees.
5. Incorrect Address / Order Issues
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lumismilelabs.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
